Feeling like I should be blogging about something but I am not sure what!

We had a great time in Flordia-missed our kids like CRAZY but knew that getting away was such a good thing to do. Thanks to Grandma and Grandpa W! They braved our kids for the week. And survived. Only a broken closet. That is not too bad with all these boys around!

I am having a hard time getting in the mood of Christmas this year. I am not sure if it was being gone or the lack of snow or what. We love Christmas, but don't make a huge deal out of it. The kids each pick a name and buy something small for each other. K and I usually give them something fun. One year it was bibles-this year, I am sewing them each a blanket for our bitter cold basement.

I read the biography of Steve Jobs while we were in FL. I have always loved biographies. I am not sure if it is the nosy part of me, loving to read about someone elses life. Or if it is just being encouraged by the amazing ways that different people live their lives. That each choice they make has huge ramifications for what comes next. I was amazed at how much Steve's mind was always working. Thinking. Creating. He reminds me so much of our J. That type of mind that never really has an off switch.

Hopefully I will get some picture on here over the Holidays for those of you we will not get to see this year! These kids are growing up way too fast.
